What We’re All About

Firecreek is an independently owned company based in Flagstaff, Arizona. In addition to three retail locations in Northern Arizona, we also roast coffee for wholesale customers: supplying specialty coffee to cafés, restaurants, and grocery stores across the state.

We’re a close-knit group made up of entrepreneurial engineers, artists, musicians, and designers who’ve become coffee professionals and are passionate about living and working in good company. We source high-quality ingredients and craft our products with care and intention. Each day we strive to serve our wholesale and retail customers with gracious hospitality. The end result is more than a great cup of coffee—it’s an overall experience that makes all the hard work we put in worth every second.

Wholesale Coffee Support

Our Wholesale Coffee Program is rooted in hospitality. Being in the hospitality industry is more than just providing great products and offering intentional service–it’s about creating amazing experiences. It’s about caring enough to understand what your customers want and need, and then over-delivering on the promise they expect from you. We’ve found hospitality is the foundation to having strong relationships. To this end, those relationships help us, and those we partner with, to achieve success.

Exploring is a Way of Life

Continually learning about the world of coffee is a constant inspiration for us. From traveling to the farms and building relationships with the amazing people from where we source our coffee, to troubleshooting a complex coffee machine problem at one of our wholesale coffee partners establishments, we’re always looking for ways to improve. Moreover, we love sharing what we’re learning with others. So, we decided to offer several coffee courses to our wholesale customers and to the community. Each class is designed to cover a specific topic–be it espresso fundamentals or steaming milk, we’ll teach you how to make it right.
